Under the Utilities section on the menu you can now view the detailed status of emails sent from the system. The same options are available from the Email History as well as Email Scheduler screens. Select a specific email, select to preview email. This enables you to view, download and save the attachment(s) sent. Undeliverable email status is due to an incorrect email address in the system. Navigate to the member’s information to update the correct email address and resend the undelivered email.
